* Tyson Chandler may be the worst player in the NBA this season. Last year it was Tarlac. This year I thought it was Bagaric, but at least he is not afraid to shoot it.

* Curry gets stuffed when posting up anyone taller than him. But at least his moves are decent and I see hope. He is kind of like Brand in the first two weeks.

* Jordan absolutely cannot take Artest 1:1. I see him as a future defensive player of the year, and at the same time I seriously doubt he will re-sign in Chicago in 2 years.

* If Mercer had any amount of confidence left in him, it all sailed away after making Jordan look like Theo Ratliff.

* Fizer will make a decent back-up power forward some day. He has 30 career blocks and averages 0.61 per 48 minutes. As a comparison, defensive power house Toni Kukoc averages 0.60 blocks / 48 min.

* Brad Miller is a worse defensive player than I previously thought if he needs help covering Jahidi White.

Maybe a younger Jordan could, but not the Jordan of the present. Although he does seem to be improving. I think it's funny how Ron Artest actually thought he could keep Jordan from scoring at least 15 in the game.

BTW, about the contract extension, consider what happened to Marc Jackson this summer.

Have no idea about the minutes, but it was probably the majority of the game. Trenton Hassell looked like he had about 10-15 minutes on Jordan.

Possible, but I don't think O-Bob was trying to say there's no mathematical possibility that he won't resign. He's saying that why would he want to be a benchwarmer in Chicago when he could be a benchwarmer and key contributor on another team? His shot doesn't fall enough to be a starter, unless it's as a Bobby Phills-type.
