Two things. First of all, there is some serious debate on the talent level of this roster. Let's just say that outside of Brand, there isn't a whole lot. Mercer has never played winning basketball and the rest of the team is a bunch of kids. This includes about 6 or 7 NBA rookies, half of which would have been cut by most NBA rosters. What do you expect? Look around the league, kids don't win games in the NBA. Look at the young teams, Clippers, Grizzlies, Bulls. They all stink. Look at the top teams. Utah, Lakers, Blazers, Spurs. They all have players in their prime with tons of veterans surrounding them.
Secondly, how can Floyd be solely at fault here. Krause handed him an inexperienced roster and told him to run the most difficult offense in the league with them. Surprise, they're losing. Now I'm not saying that Floyd is a good NBA coach, because he's not, but Krause deserves most of the blame for this mess not Floyd. What you're doing is exactly what Krause wanted. Blame the coach so that you overlook what a pathetic job he did building the team.
