They aren't tearing up the league, but Carr is .510 from the field and .438 from three point range. Maloney has started 27 of 35 games for Atlanta with .385 from three point range. I don't believe the Bulls got anything other than empty roster space for either one of them.

Or how about Bruce Bowen? He's not good enough to make the Bulls roster but now he starts and plays 25-30 minutes a night for a playoff team in Miami.

Another good call by Krause.

Yep. After the Bulls released Bowen both NY and the Heat went after him on the waiver wire.

Its just so obvious that Krause wants *his* plan to succeed more than he wants success for the team. He has been this way since he first got into town.

I think you are right...we need better shooters...other than Ron Mercer...the only good player on our team....we need a good center and good point guards....

We could have gotten Mihm, but instead Krause chose another PF Fizer. Would someone please tell that idiot that it might be a good idea to start drafting based on what the team needs? Unc

Not that Krause did a good job drafting this past year, but I don't agree with your logic about drafting by need. This usually helps a team end up with busts and mediocre players as they pass on potential stars.

Remember when Portland passed on some SG and drafted Sam Bowie instead because they already had Clyde Drexler? hmm.

Take the best player available and make trades later if you're overloaded at a position.

Two good examples, especially Carr. We got rid of servicable players and filled their spots with youngsters that, as they look now, will not be nearly as competent as they are. The only rookie that is playing near or above his potential is El Amin, and that just means he is working his way up to being a sparkplug backup PG........
