Just throwing this out there.

Who is the better point guard for the bulls NOW: El-Amin or Crawford?

My vote now, but definitely not in the future, is El-Amin. Let's face it, for a team that turns the ball over so much, El-Amin would be a great point guard. He keeps good handle on the ball and doesn't make many mistakes. Crawford will be better in the future, but for the Bulls now, they need a point guard that can take care of the ball. I am just worried that Crawford will always try to drive and throw up some crazy shot, or penetrate and make a bad pass. Therefore, if I am planning on winning some games, I play El-Amin even with Crawford in the first game.

El-Amin might do for the Bulls what Tiny Archibald did feeding Parish, Bird, and McHale. Except the Bulls don't have Parish, Bird, and McHale. Crawford could be another Kobe with Shaq opening up the middle. Except the Bulls don't have a Shaq. Guyton makes open shots and plays some decent defense. But so did Shawn Respert! I still expect to see Mercer, Hoiberg and Artest on the floor together a lot. The rookies might best be used when they have the right matchups. I hope Hersey Hawkins and Corey Benjamin either pick it up a notch or get traded.

If El-Amin is the best PG we've got, we're in trouble my friend. I don't think his presence is going to equal many extra wins that's for sure........

I've tried to post this twice in the past, but my post never shows up on here, so I'll try again. About a week ago, the Bulls got another assistant coach. He is Norm Ellenberger, a now former Indiana U. assistant. Maybe that means AJ Guyton will make the team? Or not, who knows?

There is room for both of these guys.

I give Crawford most of the minutes (big guard), but situationally use Khalid on the smaller, quicker guards.

sign tim hardaway to a two or three year deal....this gives them leadership...and someone good to practice with and get better with. then when he leaves....or retires? Crawford will be ready to be the next Marbury type player!
