10 scoring titles(7 of which were consecutive), 5 regular season mvp's, 1 defensive player of the year, 12 time all-nba first team, 9 time all-nba defensive first team, 6 nba championship rings(only 2 shy of bird and magic combined), 6 nba finals mvp's, numerous nba records, one of which is 870 consecutive games scoring double digits, the respect from all nba players and coaches of his time, need i say more. ok, i will, take his second year with the broken ankle, give him his 2700 points, add that and the 18 month baseball fling, give him his 4300 or so points for that, and he is #2 all time scorer with 36,277. add on quite possible another 2 championships, mvp's, scoring titles, finals mvp's, the list goes on and on. now im done. the only other player that can compare to jordan in championship play, is bill russell. Jordan was amazing, but he didnt have the ups or excitement that the new kid in the block Vince Carter brings!!! Vince can dunk on anyone, thats something MJ couldnt do as often. END OF CONVERSATION!!!!
