Bryce Drew would add two things for the Bulls. He is a three-point specialist. The Bulls will probably be behind a lot this year again and he could keep the games more competitive. This is what Rusty Larue and B.J. Armstrong were supposed to do last year, but obviously couldn't.
He isn't going to matchup well defensively against the top PGs, but he could add some offense off the bench. A second unit of Drew, Guyton, Artest, Fizer (if the Bulls get Rice or Smith), and a hustling center could put a lot more points on the board than the Maloney, Carr, Purdue, Ketner, Willoughby (sp?) group we saw so much of last year. We still don't know if Hawkins, Hoiberg, or Benjamin will be around very long.
The Bulls have some real hot PG prospects. But between Crawford's alleged attitude, El-Amin's size, and questions about Guyton's speed, the Bulls might not be too comfortable about the PG position.
